Introduction:
In the field of business management it is very essential to effectively manage all of the
operations which will significantly help to enhance the nominated business. Making allowance to
this concern it is observed that enterprise systems are highly capable to effectively manage and
enhance the procedure of the business process (Goodyear 2017).
Considering these aspects in this paper a detail discussion on the incorporation of the
enterprise system will be conducted based on the case scenario of SugarSquared Inc. Followed
by this, it will also consists a detail elaboration on the impact of the adopted enterprise system as
well as the discussion of the challenges faced by the nominated business.
Company Background:
Followed by a thorough investigation on the case scenario of SugarSquared Inc., it is
observed that the organization manufactures candy. The nominated company is located in
Riyadh, however the company distributes its products across Saudi Arabia. While investigating
the infrastructure of this manufacturer it is observed that this company is consists of 300
employee and there are three branches of this company. Along with this after analyzing the
business growth of this organization it is observed that this business has significant business
revenue as well as in order to improve the business services the manufacturer has also
incorporated effective online retail services which has also helped in increasing their business
revenue. However, since the nominated company has three branches which are located far from
each other, it is observed that there is a huge necessity to integrate the business operations.

Followed by the analysis of the nominated case scenario it is observed that the business
needs to incorporate effective enterprise system which will help to enhance the business of
SugarSquared Inc. Considering this aspect it is observed that the adoption of effective enterprise
resource planning will help to ensure the business objective of the nominated organization.
While analyzing this concern it is observed that the ERP systems are capable of integrating the
accounts and the other business operations which will help SugarSquared Inc. to effectively
collaborate three branches (Chang et al., 2019). Followed by this identification it is determined
that the adoption of effective ERP system will also help the manufacturer to manage the
customer services of the business as well as to enhance the productivity of the manufacturer.
Benefits of the recommended system:
Followed by the identification of the enterprise system it is observed that there are several
benefits present which is offered by the Enterprise Resource Planning to the nominated business.
The identified benefits of the recommended system are listed below:-
 One of the major benefits offered by the ERP system is that, it aims to analyze the
requirements of the nominated business and identifies the weakness of the nominated
business (Sadigh et al., 2017).
 ERP system also helps to analyze the vendor’s requirements and offers effective service
to the manufacturer to negotiate the cost.
 Along with the above identification it is observed that adoption of ERP system into the
business infrastructure will help to enhance the business process by making it centralized.
