INTRODUCTION
In today's world, the business management aim to operate its functions and operations in
a smooth and amicable manner. They form various aims and objectives through which they
achieve success and prosperity. The management of the company are responsible to effectively
frame their objectives and aims and try to achieve them by support and co ordination of its
employees (Achtenhagen ,Melin and Naldi, 2013). In this report importance of aims and
objectives has been discussed. Also, in order to give effectiveness ion its project report, it has
been evaluated that a project management plan that covers aspects of cost , scope and time and
quality along with communication. It can also that various quantitative an qualitative methods
have been used by the organizations so that they can properly analyse and meet the project aims
and objectives. Moreover, management plan is consist of all the objectives and aim of company
namely Hilton , which enable the management of the company to plan and frame strategies
accordingly.
TASK 1
P1 Devise project aims and objectives.
Aims and objective are those concepts which are framed in accordance to fulfil the needs
and requirements of company that are required to fulfil, the requirements and also to meet the
perspective behind the establishment of the company. In this context, the manager of Hilton hotel
has to devise and develop certain plans and objectives in accordance with the project
management and its planning. Making plans and objectives enable the company to create
discipline and compliance with various laws . The business institution renders many services to
their customers (Brown, 2013). The manager has to implement varied procedures, techniques,
knowledge and capabilities to attain tier objectives in a better manner. Moreover, the manager
can be able to to achieve the goals and objectives of project planning in case if it is done timely
and according to the time. The various objectives and plans according to the planning of manager
of Hilton hotel are as:
The main aim of company is to provide excellent quality services to its respective guests
and consumers.
To be the leading company in the hospitality sector .

proper project plan prepared help the management of company to complete all the assigned tasks

hotel has to conduct the proper market research to identify their number of competitors and
customers (Matos and Silvestre, 2013). While conducting the proper research the various
methods are using by the managers. It will increase the efficiency of employees to perform their
task properly. They have to also maintain the proper time management. The various tools and
techniques are using by the managers so that they can maintain their data and easily find out the
