INTRODUCTIONProfessional learningis associated with nurses like what they think, their skills,knowledge, abilities and many more (Beetham and Sharpe, 2013). Therefore, its needs to beupdated regarding new things. If nurses possess the best learning experience then they candeliver effective services to their patients. Present report is based on Royal Perth Hospital whichis situated in Australia. There fundamental objective is to cater adequate services to theircustomers. This assignment is much related to Project 1. Entire project is reflection based whereI am going to discuss about those inquiries which will occur at workplace while managingprofessional learning. It is essential to sort out every problem appropriately so that I can acquirethose opportunities which are beneficial for my company. Finally, I am describing the naturerelated to professional learning.SECTION 1Brief description of inquiryProfessionalism is essential for an individual if he or she is working with an organisation.It is fundamental for them to analyse internal and external factors of environment(Kearney andet. al., 2012). Therefore, they can attain their targets timely. I can do inquiry into professionallearning as it will assist me to identify those opportunities which are accessible for me atmarketplace. Hence, I can get success as well as growth in my career.Apart from this, it is required for me to develop professional skills while working atpremises. This will aid me to do my work in inventive way and in addition I will accomplish mytarget within minimum period of time. I have to determine needs and wants of my clients tosatisfy them appropriately. For improvement of learning, I can provide training to mysubordinates, this will help them in their advancement. It is needed for me to identify priorityneeds as this can influence work settings(Vermunt and Endedijk, 2011). For above statedpurpose, I will utilize some techniques, for example: survey, interviews and many more.Information communication at office can affect setting of work in adverse manner.Instead of all of this, there are some other approaches which can be used by me forprofessional learning such as role specific training, mentoring and simulations. Each one hastheir own pros and cons. Therefore, I will use role specific training because with its assistance Ican easily overcome from problems and will accomplish task in an effective manner(Lester1
Costley, 2010). Along with this, Personal learning network can be used by me to shareinformation properly as it concentrates on persons at various levels. For hiring of individuals,rewards and retention, I can use growth mind-set approach. With assistance of this, I can easilyacquire most suitable candidate for firm and by providing training, I can enhance theirprofessional learning in an appropriate manner.Therefore, it has been comprehended that, for success and improvement of company, Ineed to inquire about essential things. For this, I can utilize some approaches or methods also(Harris and Jones, 2010).SECTION 2Report on inquiry processInquiry is done to gather fundamental data as well as information. To get information in asystematic manner, I can utilize the procedure of it. With aid of this, I can easily aware aboutdangerous things or harm. Additionally, by using this I can resolve entire issues and can easilyformulate new or unique idea for organisation(Florian, 2012).
