Different types of Organisations
Organizations are of various type and there are various aspects related to organisation

Public Sector Organisation
Organisations which come under this sector are different from other organisations as
they are owned and operated by government rather than individuals and group of individuals
who operate business with their objectives and aims (Subramanian and et.al., 2016). Such
organisations do not seek to earn profit like non-profit organisations. These organisations are
funded through various methods such as fees, tax, financial transfers from other governments.
Purpose of such organisations is to fulfil the purpose for which it has been created and
is being run by the government. For example, in educational organisations, their objective is to
provide education to public and for transportation organisations their aim to provide
transportation service to public.
Legal structure of the such organisation is that these are owned and operated by
government. The government can be either national or central government, state government
or local government.
Public Limited Organisations are those whose shares are open to be bought by general
public and are available at stock exchange (Butkēviča and et.al., 2018). This is run by board of
directors and profit is divided in its shareholders. L'Oreal is example of this type of
organisation.
