2PEOPLE, WORK AND EMPLOYMENT IntroductionThe first part of the report helps in analysis of the different sustainability initiativethat has been taken by the respective company named Cirque Du Soleil and providing themdifferent benefits that are required as the life of the individuals are always at risk and the rateof injury is high as well. The main purpose of the report is to analyze whether thesustainability initiatives that has been taken by the company is authentic in nature and toanalyze whether the company is trying to retain the employees in the organization s well. Issue 1The sustainability initiatives that have been implemented by the organization is thatthey started offering the employees attractive and lucrative packages as well as incentives asthis will help in motivating the employees to stay in Cirque Du Soleil. These benefits are thesustainable benefits as this will help the organization as well to retain employees as this willincrease the rate of success as well (Chapman 2017). The sustainability benefits will help infostering the employees and the development of the artists as well. Cirque Du Soleil needs toprovide the employees few other benefits as well that will act as the sustainability initiativessuch as help the employees in the respective organization such as providing time away fromthe work as this will help the employees and the organization (Brem, Puente-Diaz andAgogua 2017). The growth prospects was one of the method used by Murielle Cantin as there werehuge number of employees who were feeling frustrated and leaving the job of the respectiveorganization as well. The different ways of motivation was provided to the employees in theorganization such as both monetary as well as non monetary incentives that will help theorganization to retain good employees (Domenech, Oliver and Molina 2014).
