Effective performanceappraisal allows the organizations to be aware of the needs and expectations of the employeesthereby, taking a step in fulfilling those (Rummler & Brache, 2012). FindingsAccording to the given study, it has been seen that the company has been facingchallenges in retaining their employees due to ineffective performance appraisal approaches.This report provides suitable recommendations of improving the performance appraisalZubias threading so that the parlour is able to achieve the targets and serve the customerssatisfactorily.Recommendations for improving performance appraisal in Zubias threadingPositive, respectful and friendly behavior between the employees and the managersare crucial in improving performance appraisal (Kondrasuk, 2012). According to the givencase study, it can be said that conflict between the managers and employees are frequentlynoticed within the company that is eventually hampering the performance of the employees.Therefore, it is recommended that the relationship between the managers and the employees’needs development, as the positive relationship will help in employee engagement along withincreasing employee enthusiasm and dedication. Additionally, positive relationship betweenthe managers and the employees will also help in building a positive working environmentalong with providing an opportunity for the managers to be aware of the needs of theemployees thereby, taking steps in achieving them. This can be achieved by effectiveimplementation of management by objective for Zubias threading.
