INTRODUCTION
Academic skills and personal development of individual assist better growth and fulfilment
of needs and wants for the professional development. Personal development plan enhance the
level of talent and habits of the person so that they can benefits their desire and wants in the
professional life. These include the analysis of the skills and development plan of the person that
also include the technical analysis so that development of growth chart can be made by the
student. This report includes information about role of personal development planning of the
person. Also it includes information about importance of goal setting in the professional life of
the person.
TASK 1
The explanation of personal development plan:
PDP plan assist the individual for betterment of skill development and fulfilment of needs and
demand of the future aims and objectives. This provide assessment to the individual about the
task and activities they needs to perform in order to gain appropriate goals and objectives.
Short term goals:
Short term goals assist person accomplish something for the future growth and development.
This help to accomplish long term goals by doing small change in the routine.
