INTRODUCTION
Professional and personal skills are such skills that will lead the person to developed and be a
capable beginners. Such abilities creates a self-assurance in between to the scholars to contribute
in the viable actions as without any unwillingness. The manner of the success is adored by such
individuals who have professional and personal set of abilities (Lara‐Curzio, and et.al., 2021). It
is true that abilities and sense of knowledge would not get in comfort zone the learner will come
and move forward and perform their functions and operations for their growth as effectively.
This report involve the significance and important terms of the roles as per to the objective of the
personal and professional or academic skills growth in learner’s life.
TASK 1
(1) Concept of Personal and Professional Development
Personal and professional growth define the term of the abilities and sense of knowledge in
the learner in respect to improve their quality of way. It will help the learner to accomplish the
anticipated targets of life by creating suitable manner of planning. It also involves the career
planning and various set of approaches that contain the education, job and many more. It also
evaluate the manner of the life by increasing the potential sections. Hence, professional and
personal development have various purposes to improve the expressive abilities and sense of
knowledge to achieve their aims at workplace at effectively and efficiency. It highlight the field
of area that are required to enhance. Such manner of growth will lead the learner to increase the
success and development for longer period of time.
(2) Value of Short-term Goals along with 3 personal examples
It define the role of creating and making the targets that are significant project in respect to
accomplish such targets as effectively and efficiently. As they are termed for the manner that
called short term targets that are durable for short period of time in respect to accomplish the
