INTRODUCTION
A personal and professional development plan refers to creating and developing such
plans that will enhance the skills, knowledge and abilities to carry out the roles of employees as
effectively as possible. It also includes informal training and development programmes in order
to delivered on the job and career advancements that has a element of personal development.

Define the concept of personal and professional development
It is the process which is used to develop a engagement within the individual to initiate
with the learning process to work in the challenging environment and provide desirable
outcomes that helps employee to develop professionally as well as personally by enhancing skills
and abilities.
Describe and discuss the value of short term goals identifying at least 3 personal examples
Short terms goals refers to the goals that a company want to accomplish soon. These are
generally a small objectives that are set by the company with the ultimate purpose of achieving
long term goals. These goals improves career prospective by defining objectives for a certain
period of time. For example, maintaining daily schedule in which daily working activity of
complete day is analysed, increase in productive level as my measuring enhancing strengths,
explore something new every day by making research.
Describe and discuss the value of mid term goals identifying at least 3 personal examples
Mid term goals takes a time bit longer. It could could be a goal that has to be achieve in a
month or in a one year. These goals are aligned with the long term term and makes easier to
achieve them efficiently and effectively. For example going on a trip as by planning, collection
of specific knowledge with the support of study and learning, completion of certificate by joining
in some course.

this is refers to vision for the future. These goals required planning and time to
accomplish that induced perfection in a daily life and attain longer sustainability. For example
secure and maintaining a good credit record by maintaining balance in between asset and
