Concept of personal and professional development
Personal or professional development can be defined as a form of training programs that
allows an individual to prepare themselves for greater opportunities and accomplish desired
course in a well defined and effective manner. Continuous personal and professional
development improves learning ability of an individual and can further promote their
independent learning (Michael, 2020). In addition to this it is identified that personal as well as
professional development is usually get supported with the maximization of confidence, personal
skills, competencies and knowledge with greater efficiency and can gain more attractive future
employment opportunities.
Value of short term goals with 3 personal examples
The short term goals are simply reflect certain objectives that allow an individual in order to
stay motivated as these goals can be accomplished in shorter period of time that can be in a year,
month, week or today. It is also considered that in support of various goals one an individual
could enhance their productivity and can quickly fulfil their long-term objectives. In addition to
this, it has been evaluated that it assist to achieve short term goals as with this an individual does
not require long-term commitment and can further create momentum and can allow themselves
to stay on track (Cucchi, 2020). In support of it short term goals individual can boost individual's

Value of medium term goals with 3 personal examples
According to the analysis it is underlined that medium term goals basically facilitate an
