INTRODUCTION
Personal develop termed that an individual perform their best in respect to increase their
efficiency, skills to attain targets. It stated to a person to enhance the standards of their life and to
enhance their global term of development (Chaykina, and et.al., 2021). This growth procedure is
generally linked to career-oriented plan that need require resources and abilities for further
advancement.

Concept of personal and professional development
Personal development is termed as a life long procedure that support the person in
attaining all the targets and aims with the support of their efficiency. On the other side, it is
generally relates to the learning that support a person to learn and manage their professional
credentials in academic and operative field.
Value of short-term goals identifying at least 3 personal examples
Targets that need less time to attain are termed to be short term goals. Such objectives are
set to attain in a year and its not complex in creation. Short term targets are such as small
