TASK 1 Personal & professional development Personal development is about enhancing own capabilities, proficiency so that one can attain higher growth & enrichment in career. Short term objectives & examples These goals are formulated for days, weeks or months. Long term objectives & examples Long term goals are prepared for the time period of more than 1 year. There is requirement to embark significant efforts for realizing long term goals.
