Task One:
Define the concept of personal and professional development
Personal development is defined as the life long process which provides support to an
individual in achieving all the desired targets and the goals with the help of the efficiency
and effectiveness.(Denubo Cesar, 2021) . Whereas it generally relates to the learning that
provides support in managing their professional credentials in the field of study and
operations.
Evaluation and discussion of the value of short-term goals identifying at least
3 personal example
Values of the short-term aims and identify at least 3 personal examples.
Target that demands not much time in completion is defined as the short term goals.
Some of the aims are set to achieve in a year and are not have a difficult situation. They are
targets that are small in section that provides the way of long term goals (Jamie, Martino and
Cristiano, 2021) . There are some suitable examples of short term goals:
 Increment in the network and communication abilities
 management in terms of conflict.
 Writing abilities.

Value of medium-term goals with at least 3 personal examples
It generally takes 1-3 years inn achieving goals between the short term and long term
aims. There are some suitable examples of it are:
 IT abilities
 problem solving abilities
 Leadership abilities

Long term targets are defined as the target that is the ultimate goal and are needed to
achieve in the future which is very much crucial for the successful career(Lega and Khan,
2021) . The generation of it requires 5-7 years ti attain it, in this individual will put their
efforts as per the potential and plan for the final output(Valtonen and Nikkinen, 2022) . As
there are some suitable example of the long term targets are as follows:
 Administration skills.
 Organizational abilities.

Personal development plan is a life long process of achieving and attaining satisfaction and
the success in the career in the respective fields, this helps in enhancing abilities, knowledge
and experience(Lu and Gao, 2021). It is proven to be very beneficial for the people and the
management in order to provide aid in generating clarity for the future.

These elements that are author, purpose, reliability and relevance are the important part of
the academic survey(Tagarev and Yanakiev, 2020) . It is defined as the sources that are
relevant if the topic will get connected to the purpose of the topic and that are effectively
being written in the research and the topic that can be build should be termed as authentic and
reliable. It covers the relevant sources that needed to be genuine and which satisfy the criteria
and relevant to the matter.
