In this project management system consist ofvarious planning systems. In this construction project will be demolition, so we are providingsome demolition process buildings to the organisation. The demolition process is nothing butthe removal of equipment, cleaning up all the unwanted things around the building area andalso removal process of portable bathroom.2.Organisational PlanThe construction company generally contains the basic functions of units. These areincluding by project, financial department, human resources, marketing and purchasingdepartment. In this organisational plan include various roles in construction management. This field is addresses tothe application process and enforcement of the government safety and health regulationbefore constructing process. Themajor two safety hazards are falls from height on a working site and construction vehicles,but it also the more problems are done to reduce.Some of the main hazards to health, the solvents, manual handling activities and noiseproblems to create the health hazards to the employers.
