3REFLECTION REPORTIntroductionThis report is supportive to demonstrate self-analysis of entrepreneurship activity and design thinking. It also shows the critical analysis of personal development as well as knowledge development in an appropriate manner. It demonstrates the Personal strength and Personal weaknesses. Moreover, an action plan shows the ways to overcome the personal weaknesses systematically. Critically self-analysis of design thinking and entrepreneurship activityIn this week, I gained my awareness about “Design it”. I also learned about the tutors as well as a syllabus that will be covered in this section. I gained my knowledge about some important factors such as conceptual framework of Design, Design theories, design thinking process, the concept of entrepreneurship, and innovation. In addition to this, it can be said that the conceptual understanding about the design thinking can support to clear the design concepts issues that will support to obtain a favorable outcome in long-run. Furthermore, the depth knowledge about these factors also supports to enhanced knowledge as well as improvethe professional skills in an upcoming period. Along with this, it can also be said that my tutors deliver the depth information about such factors that was also supported to develop the depth awareness in long-run. I also created my understanding about small and medium-sized initiatives. In addition to this, my tutor was very helpful and she motivates all students to participate in the classroom. I created my knowledge regarding the importance of an innovative blog and also know about the process of innovation (Arslan, 2014). In addition to this, it can also be said that there are certain phases named discovery, chose, implementation, and capture are included in the innovation process. I gained my knowledge about some aspects of architecture innovation, innovation versus radical innovation, incremental, Platform innovation, and Discontinuous innovation. In addition to this, it can be said that some different types of innovation dimension such as paradigm, product, position,
4REFLECTION REPORTand process. At the same time, I also gained my understanding towards the innovation flow which can also effective to blog writing (Asoodar, et al., 2016). In oppose to this, I also gained my knowledge towards the entrepreneurship role in the existing time similarly offer depth data towards the design thinking procedure. The depth knowledge about such subject can help to enhance my understanding that can enhance my confidence level in a systematic way. Along with this, my tutors provide the reliable data in the class that engage students in an appropriate manner (Astrid, 2017). In addition to this, I also analyzed that the engagement of students was a support to eliminate the boring environment from the class. Furthermore, I also improved my knowledge about the design thinking procedure that helps to effective blog writing in long-term. In addition to this, it can also be said that tutors also provide the positive feedback that encourages the students to perform better. Along with this, the design thinking supported to gain the awareness about the execution of executive decision making, techniques and procedures, and implementations of various factors. Moreover, there are different elements which play an important role in the writing of blog (Avgerou, et al., 2016). These elements are communicating the plan, optimum use of resources, and business plan. Furthermore, I analyzed that planning about the task can support to get a positive outcome in specified time and cost. In addition to this, I also increased my knowledge about the consumer’s innovation. In oppose to this, blog writing can make attractive by proper time anduse of innovative techniques. In addition to this, I also increased my knowledge about entrepreneurship that can be significant in each sector. At the same time, the depth understanding of the entrepreneurship role can gain my knowledge in long-term (Blythe, et al., 2014). Moreover, I also gained about the methods, importance, and challenges of the entrepreneurship. The understanding of these challenges was supportive to obtain the competitive advantages in long-term. At the same time, it will be also effective to overcome
