task and operations in specific time period. Globalisation is impacting on business within regular
periods. So expansion of operations, functions and branch office are most crucial part for
organisation that leads company to increase market share. Due to change in different perspective
of employees or workforce it is complex for management to develop proper interaction between
them. Principle, practices and strategies work as an effective tool for organisation that improves
communication process in internal premises effectively.

INTRODUCTION
Communication is one of the most effective process for exchanging, transferring and
sharing essential information or message with others. The existing market conditions leads
business to enhance and perform there operations at global level. This report is written from
perspective of Go travel that is operating business in travel industry. They provide expert advice
and recommendations to perform work at world-wide level (Authority, 2014). Moreover, this
report highlights on challenges and current barrier that are faced by organisation while
communicating within organisation. In the last, strategies to overcome from barrier and
challenges will also be included in this report.
Literature review
According to Thelal Oweis, 2013. communication successfully transfer meaningful
message or information to listeners. Go travel is expanding there business into other areas by
opening there office into new areas. Communication is a broad concept due to which various
challenges are faced by organisation such as language barrier, misunderstanding of perception,
irrelevant information and many more. So it is mandatory for top authorities to implement right
strategies that leads company to improve communication in order to transfer information within
minimum time period. By understanding different methods of communication it is easy for
organisation to select right methods that leads company to perform work effectively. In context
of respective organisation communication there are various challenges such as filtering, rumour
and workplace gossip creates complexity for organisation to perform their work appropriately.
Further, Go travel is more concern about expansion of there business among other European
countries so management recruit local workers as they are aware about local areas and work
culture. But some challenges are also faced by management which is language barrier,
unorganized information and misunderstanding with other staff members. Skype meetings is
done by management on regular basis to lead employee for overcoming from barrier that reduces
company performance (Brinkschröder, 2014). Digital tools also improving communication
process by formulating task and operations in effective manner. This determines that with right
tools and information methods it is easy for leaders to implement effective communication
process.

Communication plays effective roles in an organisation which leads management to
complete all work with decided strategy and practices. With implement of right communication
techniques and methods it is easy to complete all task in organised manner. With Skype meetings
there are various challenges recognised by management. Some of the major barrier which is
faced by management related communication are mention as follow: Filtering- The term filtering refers to the distortion of information for managing an
individual reaction. It is one of the major barrier that is faced by management relates with
complete of task that is impacting on goals and objectives. This refers that due to filtering
proper information is not transferred among employees. Staff of go travel filter
information because of less communication methods that generates challenges for
company (de Souza Carvalho, Daum and Lehr, 2014). Selective perception- Go-travel operate there business in hospitality industry so it is
mandatory for organisation to perform all work as per customers needs for satisfying
them. But due to miss-communication management is facing challenges that is directly
impacting on goals of company. It is also analysed that selective perception work as time
saver due to which communication is not done on proper basis. Information overload- It is defined as the information is not pass according to time basis.
Like, go-travel start their meeting with Skype that is a digital platform. So due to network
issue company face challenges to transfer essential information within minimum time.
Along with this go-travel is managing their work at professional level so it is essential to
implement right communication techniques that leads to perform work at professional
level. Emotional disconnect- The emotional disconnect take place when sender and receiver
are upset. This incident take place due to previous past that is directly impacting on
current communication level. From perspective of go-travel staff is recruited from local
area and also from other countries (Kippist and Fitzgerald, 2014). So it is complex for
staff to communicate with each other due to change in culture, value and backgrounds.
Lack of source credibility- Due to irrelevant sources and less credibility communication
for organisation is not improved. Employees trust peers as an effective source of message
that work as formal structure. In the present scenario, due to change in credibility among

mind of individuals it is complex to work on an official channel. So with regular Skype
meetings communication process of go-travel directly increases routine activities for
company.
So with the above challenges it is identified that management of go-travel face low productivity
from there services due to which margins of organisation is directly impacted. So it is essential
for management to implement right principle and strategy for completion of work effectively.
Some methods for improvement of communication is as follow:
Encourage of feedback- Staff specifically who is working at low level is not familiar
with top authorities. So it is mandatory for organisation to encourage them for identify of
issue that generates complexity for business. It is one of the easiest method that lead go-
travel to perform their work in effective manner. Example- most individuals not discuss
issue because of its career (Mäger and et. al., 2017).
Workplace design- All companies are performing their at global level so it work as a
positive point for organisation that leads company to work with best marketing solution.
The workplace design refers to develop a positive organisational premises that leads
company to work effectively. Like, go-travel implement modern work culture to develop
and implement transparent communication channel between staff members.
To promote transparency- Due to employee diversification the major challenges which
is faced by organisation is less communication between workers. So with right
transparency channel company is formulating right results to perform all work in
organised manner. Along with this the major benefits that is gained by management
through transparency is to overcome from rumours due to which organisational
performance is impacted.
With the meeting of Skype several issue are faced by management that generates question for
organisation to complete and manage work between different offices. One of the major issue that
exists between both office is less involvement and interaction between staff members. So to deal
with this question transparency is implemented within organisation to perform work effectively
(Robbins and et. al., 2014). Along with this another question specify misunderstanding of
cultural values so to deal with this question company promote workplace design in internal
premises to overcome from issue of work culture difference.

Communication is most important point for organisation that are working in organisation
from different places. So to manage all work and operations management implements all
techniques that enhances communication level for organisation (Stemn and et. al., 2018). Some
recommendation for improving employee interaction with each other is as follow:
To get and engagement of employees within organisation for performing there work with
implement of right skills and capabilities. As an example employees in organisation
implement more efforts to learn and adopt communication skills. It reduces training cost
for company to invest more time in dealing with organisational problems. With
perspective of go-travel employee engagement in communication generates more
benefits.
Professional workers perform various task to complete there work in minimum time with
more productivity. So sometimes it is not possible to attend all meetings due to which
employees efforts are directly impacted. According to present scenario, there are several
digital tools are present in market that help to perform work in minimum time. Skype is
already used by organisation so with more digital tools go-travel easily update all work
and information.
Communication is a daily process and routine work that is performed by all individuals
at global level. Along with this globalisation also implement regular changes in work
culture. Therefore, it is essential for workforce to learn more languages for interacting
with customers and other staff members properly.
CONCLUSION
With the above report it is concluded that communication is most important perspective
for organisation that leads company to perform work with more efficiency. Moreover, meetings
also helps individuals to analyse issue and challenges that is impacting on business performance.
With right principle and practices of communication organisation deal with challenges which
reduces productivity of communicating process. Workplace gossip, less transparency in
organisation etc. are some challenges which generates problem for communication so by
monitoring regular feedbacks and developing positive environment it is easy to improve
communication process in company.
