a) Advantages of GlobalisationThe various advantages that are associated with globalisation are :-It helps in understanding the culture of various countries and enhancing the kn owledgelevel as well.It helps in increasing the economy of developing country which is very beneficial forthem (Grau, Kuemmerle and Macchi, 2013).It expands the market share of companies by doing their operations in several countries.Customers are able to get products at low rates and that is why it is highly preferred andsupported by them. Flow of communication is also developed between countries and individuals who arepresent around the world.It has helped many poor countries in achieving higher growth and reducing its level ofpoverty as well. Due to globalisation , market has become competitive which has educed monopolyprofits and provoked companies to seek cost reduction innovations. b) Disadvantages of GlobalisationIt is described as follows :-Because of globalisation, no. of imports is more than the exports which led to growingtrade deficit and problem of balance of payments was also introduced.Due to development of technology and introduction of various new techniques to conductthe operations, people are becoming job less as more of their work is being done by themachines and it has impacted the economy in both positive as well as negative manner.(Zinkina, Korotayev and I. Andreev, 2013)Globalisation is also showing its interest in poverty reduction in some developing andunderdeveloped countries because of which problem of inequality was introduced.It is very difficult to implement digitalisation in those countries that is industriallydeveloped as they will not be ready to face all the pains and uncertainties so as to becomemore better in future. c) CSR is effective at improving the worldIt is very important for all the companies to fulfil their corporate social responsibilities asthey are having some responsibility towards the society which they needs to fulfil as they are
