INTRODUCTION Management is defined as controlling of a group or set of entities in order to accomplishone common goal. Therefore, leadership process defined as individuals ability to influence,motivate and enables towards the organisational success (Bush, Bell and Middlewood, 2019).Hence, it can be stated that management controls and directs people as per the values that havebeen established. The present report is based on the business activities of Tesco, British multinational firmthat is engaged in the services of grocery. Furthermore, report will cover the following activitiesas vision, leadership style and management practices and recommendation will be given to takeremedial actions to improve leadership styles and management practices.
