INTRODUCTION In every Individual some kind of skill and knowledge which differ them from others. It's a nature of human being that if they doing something then they learn something new according to their capability and mind. Learning skill of human being assists them in developing their personality as well as professionalism. In the following report, the experience of the individual has been systematically addressed while he/she faced different kinds of challenges. These challenges are related to the CIMA, T-shirt and presentation. REFLECTIVE REPORT Presentation Challenge (Case study of Tesco)-This one another major challenge for me is related to the presentation challenge about the case study of Tesco organisation. In this challenge I have to give the presentation about the Tesco Company and describe the each function related to the operation, brand and finance of the Tesco in front of the many students in my college. By this challenge I have learnt various effective knowledge and idea about the business operation. I have learnt from this presentation about Tesco that in the present business era, there are huge numbers of challenges and competition in the market. Company required effective business strategy, practices and policies by which it can cope up which challenges and competitive business environment. I have learnt various new knowledge, idea about the context of business with respect of Tesco Organisation. It is one of the famous retail outlet in the UK which deals with customers products. It main aim is to deliver the high quality of product and services to customer and attract them toward the company. It aims is to earn the maximum profitability and market share and develop the strong brand image in the market. In order to know about the operational activities in the Tesco my analytical and business skill has been
developed in the strongest manner. I have learnt that in the operation department, I have learnt effective knowledge and idea about the business strategy, planning, evaluation, monitoring etc which support me in the future while I will develop my own business. I have learnt that and an employee of a Tesco Company have to perform their roles of responsibilities effectively. In order to present the case study of Tesco company in front of the student and lectures in my college my business knowledge, communication skill, analytical skill has been improved. It gives me an opportunity to its me to grow myself in several areas like operation, management etc. The greatest challenges that are I faced at the time of presenting anything in front of audience. The first I needed to collect authentic material about subject matter that would I like to present in front of audience. I was covering all information that are required to cover in that manner and communicatemessage.Theskillsthatareneededtopresentinfrontofothersisthe communication skills. It helps me a lot to transfer information to the person and I am can able to speak confidently. The challenges regard to the presentation challenges that I require is that to carefully audience analysis. It helps me to learn the level of knowledge of each subject matter. In addition to this, in order to prepare the presentation about the Tesco Company I have used various images, logo and attractive video about its product and services. By this challenge my communication, time management, business and academic skill has been improved. T-shirt challenge-I have participated in a team of few members where I have to face the challenge related to T-shirt. In this challenge I have to design the T-shirt along with different logo, slogan and attractive design. In a team the member who will design the best T-shirt that participator will the winner in the team at global level. This challenge was organised at the international level where other college student was also participated. This is the major challenge for me in my experience. I have obligation to design the bes and different attractive design and logo on the T-shirt by sue by innovative and creative skill. The major challenge for this task is to define the strategy, tactics and planning to each team member who was participating with me. I have to carry out my task and challenge with all team member. For this objective I have to use my all skill related to management that is communication, coordination, marketing, analytical etc. Branding is major aspect because brand is a logo, image and title of the company by which any firm can recognise in the mind of customer. I have to design the T-shirt logo and brand by use of my attractive and creative skill. For this purpose, I have used my all effective skill related to communication, coordination, time management, competition, team work, business skill etc.

Communication skill will help me in convening someone and delivering my idea and knowledge to other team members. CIMA challenges-This is another major challenge for me is related to CIMA. It is also a global level challenge for the students whose are earns experience related to the business leader
in participating in the chartered institute of management accountants. In this manner business competition is a great opportunity for students to connect with employers and pioneers in the global business world. I have taken also participation in these challenges where I have gained various kind of opportunity to grow my personality in the field of charter accountant. I have focused on proper management of working capital that helps the firm to successfully operating their day to day business. I have learnt to maintain inventory stock, debtors, bills payable and bills receivable to maintain their working capital in desired way (Jackling and Natoli, 2015). Further, I am also responsible generate funds for which I needed to choose an optimum financial sources that are made available that are retained earnings, bank loan, sale of an assets, venture capitalandlicensingetc.CIMAglobalbusinesschallengeisaninternationalbusiness competition for undergraduates around the world, BY this challenge I have gained effective knowledge and understanding about the finance and accountant standards and principles. In this challenge there are includes several stages under which team member are given a case study and have to submit the written report. From the many team, only three teams proceed into the national final. My team have major opportunity to learn something new by this challenge as we all have facing the large numbers of competition of many teams at global level. BY this challenge, I have get tips, techniques and advice from the global decision makers and CIMA professionals. Furthermore, i have the opportunity to expand the global network and connect with decision maker from top employers. I have attended the training from the charted institute of management accountant where I have learnt the various knowledge and idea about the accountantprinciples,standards,normsandcalculationetc.CIMAisaglobalbusiness challenges in which I am able to make interaction with the number of professional and business person. It gives me an opportunity to take advice regards to business that helps to expand the business at global level.
