INTRODUCTIONManagement outlines the elementary structure of an establishment with a balancingoutlook towards administrating their formulated group of organisational people. It hereby plays acrucial role in arranging necessary resources for a timely accomplishment of work by theirappointed staff members (Anderson and et. al., 2015). It is where management being animportant consideration of almost all sort of enterprises where it is together composed of variedmanagerial principles to operate in a well defined manner. Although, the term management istogether referred to consists of six fundamental operations called planning, organising, staffing,directing, controlling and motivating of monitoring. Where each of these functions are usuallybeing performed by the appointed Human Resource (HR) personnel's with a hierarchical set ofother departmental bodies as well.The present report has demonstrated about a key assessment carried out to analyse themanagerial problems prevailing in a hospitality based organisation named The Imperial Hotel inLondon, UK. It is further managed by a 4 star graded chain of hotel called Star Hotels which isan international brand operating 25 more such hotels in UK. However, The Imperial Hotel issituation at the centre of London's West End (Albert and Beatty, 2014). This in turn attractsenormous tourists by mainly representing a large number of international business clients whohave high expectation from their proposed services and work standards. Whereas, the electedcompany is recently suffering from some leading managerial issues that are in turn hamperingtheir work prospects to a great extent. One such issue discoursed in this report is regarding theirpoor guest satisfaction that has been further evaluated in the below sections to find out liablesolutions for it. ANALYSIS OF THE INDIVIDUAL PROBLEMSummarising and interpreting the current administrative issue in The Imperial Hotel LondonThe Imperial Hotel was graded at the lowest position among all other hotels operated bythe chain of Star Hotels in terms of customers satisfaction. Wherein, this rate was enumerated tobe at 65% as per the criteria of grading system in the cited firm (Ross, 2016). It is on comparingto their average consideration that is required to be at least at 74% where this has been factuallyanalysed on the basis of a Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS).
