INTRODUCTION
The present project is based upon The Logistics Organisation LTD. which is a renowned
parcel delivery organization which operates as a contractor for Amazon in London as well as
South East of England. It began its operations in the year 2015 and is headquartered at England.
The report comprises of tools to audit business environment, management practices exerting
influence on staff output. Also, it consists of personal as well as professional development
expectations of an individual working within a company from the workplace.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
1.1 Appropriate tool to audit and analyse the business environment
Business environment can be referred to as the accumulation of internal as well as
external factors that have the capability to exert influence over the operations of a company.
Such factors comprise of employees, customers, rivals, management, CSR, culture, ethics,
suppliers, technology and many more. These tend to make the business environment in which an
entity operates dynamic as well as extensively competitive. Looking upon this, it becomes
important for an enterprise to constantly examine the environment in which it operates. This
helps in identification of market opportunities as well as threats. On the basis of these, a
company carries out its strategic planning. This implies the development of suitable and effective
corporate strategies that can provide assistance to the enterprise in combating the external and
internal business threats. This enables a firm to ensure its sustainability for long course of time
and provides it with the capacity to resist the extensive level of rivalry prevailing at market

the initial phase of my career and this company can change my professional life in the best
direction. I see an amazing growth of myself in future context and I would like to continue
working in the confines of this organization for a long period of time as this is one of the most
prosperous and developing industries. Thus, the major skills that I expect to learn from this
company are mentioned as follows:-
Communication Skills: While working in The Logistics Organisation LTD I will
develop my verbal as well as writing skills. Communication is one of the most important
skills that are needed to survive in this dynamic as well as hyper competitive corporate
era. If I join this company as a human resource manager, I need to have a good

Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Plus to enhance its reach and create awareness among
people about its quick and high quality services. Also, the organisation holds the potential to
capitalise upon new and emerging technologies such as drones and cognitive computing to stay
aligned with latest trends in market.
