It began its operations in the year 2015 and is headquartered at England. The report comprises of tools to audit business environment, management practices exerting influence on staff output. Also, it consists of personal as well as professional development expectations of an individual working within a company from the workplace. MAIN BODY TASK 1 1.1 Appropriate tool to audit and analyse the business environment Business environment can be referred to as the accumulation of internal as well as external factors that have the capability to exert influence over the operations of a company. Such factors comprise of employees, customers, rivals, management, CSR, culture, ethics, suppliers, technology and many more.
