TASK 1(A) Role of a leader and managerThere are various roles which a leader plays in an origination to enhance the effectivenessof his team as well as into the organisation. Some of the important roles of the leader arementioned below to make more clear understanding o the same.1.Visioning and setting example – This is one of the important roles played by theleader into the organisation where the leader is required to articulate the vision,develop corporate vision.
