identify the nature and type of business that needs that provides an attraction to the
customers. The aim of the tourism venture is identified and the target market is determined in
order to understand the ways by which one can improve the business. A long-term goal is
identified that can help in the improvement of the business. The report focuses on two
ventures of Australia that specialises in providing a proper tour of the regions of Australia.
These ventures include Eco Tourism Australia and Venture North Safaris. These two
ventures are diverse and aim to provide the best experience to the customers in terms of
experiencing the richness of the natural environment in Australia.
Nature of business
Eco Tourism Australia is a non-profit organisation that focuses on sustainability of the
environment and is responsible for attracting tourism from various cultures. The nature of the

country. It also sells about 1500 products across the country. These products are normally for
promoting the welfare of eco-tourism and attract customers to use the services it provides. It
