1 Introduction Hello and welcome to one of the most innovative restaurant ideas. My
entrepreneurial business idea is called “Game-O-Social”. It is a concept that is a new
idea for setting up a restaurant in order to provide the customers a gaming
experience, where they can come and enjoy with their friends and family. The vision
of the company is to provide the customers a gaming experience. The benefits of this
particular business idea will be that he customers would get a chance to play various
games while they wait for their order. At the same time, we will aim to provide them
with quality customer service so that they consider coming back. This video
demonstrates the research as well as analysis that is carried out in assessing the
feasibility of the respective business idea. We have used the Seven Domain Model in
order to explain the concept with more efficiency.
2 Market - micro The market segment that we have chosen to benefit the most from this business are
the people who belong to the age group of 15-35 years of age. Our restaurant is
different from other restaurants that are already servicing within the same segment.
This is because we will offer our customers a much more interactive and enjoyable
experience. When customers will visit our restaurant, they will have an option of
playing various games like latest video games and old-school traditional board
games. This will give them a sense of nostalgia as new technological games have

replaced the old traditional ones. This market segment is growing constantly and is
estimated to expand even more. If my restaurant is successful, I would like to get an
access to a different segment. This can include setting up a cloud restaurant with
innovative services.
3 Market - macro I have estimated the market for my restaurant to be large because young people.
This is because the youth is always interested in trying out new and innovative
things. I will set up the restaurant in Central London as it is always crowded with
people. The United Kingdom is a country that is economically strong as well as
politically stable. But Brexit has created uncertainties due to which the country took
some time to recover. Also, a strong economic position of the country can help the
business to grow. We will have to take into account various macro environment
factors like the age, gender, income levels etc. This will help me in identifying the
target market more effectively. Since the United Kingdom has access to all the latest
technology and people who have an expertise in the same, it won't be difficult to
implement the business idea.
4 Industry – macro I have analysed from the business environment that for conducting successful and
profitable business, there is need to develop creative and innovative features.
Entering into restaurant industry is not a big deal and any business person can invest
in this. Hence, it is important that for success of this restaurant, I have to provide
