INTRODUCTION
Employees are the face of organization as they have direct interaction with customers.
They are the one who present the products and services that are delivered by the business
(Odeniyi, Szymczak and Feemster, 2016). When they are not able to perform effectively and
efficiently, then it ha negative impact over the business. In this context, it is important for the
management to understand the type of issues that are faced by them and accordingly proper steps
should be taken that will help in enhancing their performance level. Present report is based on
mining industry in which their there different set of issues or problems that are faced by them in
relation with health. Focus of this project is to develop a system that will enable to reduce the
negative impact that are faced by them. Mobile Medical Health Screening System (MMHSS) is
to be introduced that will help in considering the accidents or the injuries that are faced to
employees during work. For example, there are heavy machineries that are used in mining and
when employees do not have proper understanding about the roles that has to be played by them,
then it causes accidents (Corcoran and Byrne, 2017). Further, there are other health related issues
caused through dust, chemical reaction, gas explosions, etc. There is proper development that are
considered in this system that includes professional who will be able to understand the issues and
deliver workers with proper care. Present report covers identification of stakeholders activities
for the system of interest. Further, it covers mission, goals and objectives activities for the
system of interest. Lastly, it also includes choosing one major operational scenario and further it
includes development of FFBDs in order to support operational scenario.
1. Identification of Major Stakeholder Activities for the System of Interest
Assumption
Following assumption are made to identify the major stakeholder of Mobile Medical Health
Screening System:
1. For a recently identified Mobile Medical Health Screening System- to identify potential
stakeholders for the organization who may deliberately or interested by the Tasmania’s
Mining Industry approach (Bohrson,Spera and Mayfield, 2014). This will help to increase
the funding and support to firm.
2. To understanding the needs, requirements of the mining employees and providing them
aspiration. Such things will enable us to understand the working environment and
precautions or medical facility can be provided to them.

3. To find those concerned person/ parties who may desire to actively engage in the service
and determining there priority action or activities for the group. For example, become
concern members for the community.
4. Identifying the key roles and revising new strategies.
5. Communicating with the stakeholder about their action and resultant of partnership
arrangements.
What is a Stakeholder?
According to the Oxford Dictionary, stakeholder are the individual's who support the business
due to their personal interest or it can be that they are concerned with it. They are the person who
may affect or get affected by the organization decision/ performance/ achievements. They may
influence or influenced by the firm. For illustration, new applicants may have no impact on the
organization and they belong to the company while media who might have no relation with
company but can impact on the company (Basili, Trendowicz and Rombach, 2014). There are
many categories in the stakeholders, it may include managers and other members of
organization, engineers, end-users, customers, external bodies like NGOs, community,
government, competitors and Media and many more. They may have to different aims or goals
and will seek to their own interest without thinking about others. They play specific roles so that
they can earn more profit or for mutually benefits. Along with this, firm outcomes can be
sustainable. For example, creating the safety at mining and sustaining of mineral wealth is
responsibility of government. Other than this all the establishment of political and legal activities
are in their domain.

System-of-interest includes the operational and facilitating system. They collective form
the system of all the elements which are required to complete life-cycle. For identifying the
stakeholder geographic sphere is majorly considered. As per the given scenario there are many
involved in this new Mobile Medical Health Screening System.

Business Owner: This are those person who are interested or are willing to make investment in
the new establish system. Mostly they are the industrial financiers, local business, investors and
industrial associations (Barrick, Thurgood and Courtright, 2015 ). They may also include
insurance companies, pharmaceutical firms, Medical device & equipment companies, Tanzania
mining industry and local & national hospital authority as well as government. Further, their role
are illustrated below:

organization. Further, they can be or cannot be part of the company. There main motive is never
related to earn profit and main aim is to provide betters service to their members. Below is the

issues and legislation as well as services can be effectively
supplied to employees. Further, they can take effective
judgment at the time of uncertainty. As the mobile service
required high power and other requirement so that can be easily
managed by government. The different sectors of government
are responsible for the environmental and other testing.
Non-Government organization Health and other regulators are involved in it. Their role is to
check whether the employees are working in appropriate
condition. Further, they are required to evaluate the service and
benefits provided by the company to the employees. They may
also provide other help which are required by the employees.
Media Media is required to provide the actual and accurate
information regarding the place. If more mobile service is
required they may easily inform to others hospitals and areas..
Professional These are the person who have high knowledge regarding the
safety and precautions. They are required by the organization
so that more person can be trained during the time or after the
disaster or accidents (Bohrson, Spera and Mayfield, 2014 )
