INTRODUCTIONEmployees are the face of organization as they have direct interaction with customers.They are the one who present the products and services that are delivered by the business(Odeniyi, Szymczak and Feemster, 2016). When they are not able to perform effectively andefficiently, then it ha negative impact over the business. In this context, it is important for themanagement to understand the type of issues that are faced by them and accordingly proper stepsshould be taken that will help in enhancing their performance level. Present report is based onmining industry in which their there different set of issues or problems that are faced by them inrelation with health. Focus of this project is to develop a system that will enable to reduce thenegative impact that are faced by them. Mobile Medical Health Screening System (MMHSS) isto be introduced that will help in considering the accidents or the injuries that are faced toemployees during work. For example, there are heavy machineries that are used in mining andwhen employees do not have proper understanding about the roles that has to be played by them,then it causes accidents (Corcoran and Byrne, 2017). Further, there are other health related issuescaused through dust, chemical reaction, gas explosions, etc. There is proper development that areconsidered in this system that includes professional who will be able to understand the issues anddeliver workers with proper care. Present report covers identification of stakeholders activitiesfor the system of interest. Further, it covers mission, goals and objectives activities for thesystem of interest. Lastly, it also includes choosing one major operational scenario and further itincludes development of FFBDs in order to support operational scenario. 1. Identification of Major Stakeholder Activities for the System of InterestAssumptionFollowing assumption are made to identify the major stakeholder of Mobile Medical HealthScreening System: 1.For a recently identified Mobile Medical Health Screening System- to identify potentialstakeholders for the organization who may deliberately or interested by the Tasmania’sMining Industry approach (Bohrson,Spera and Mayfield, 2014). This will help to increasethe funding and support to firm. 2.To understanding the needs, requirements of the mining employees and providing themaspiration. Such things will enable us to understand the working environment andprecautions or medical facility can be provided to them. 1

For example, becomeconcern members for the community.4.Identifying the key roles and revising new strategies.5.Communicating with the stakeholder about their action and resultant of partnershiparrangements.What is a Stakeholder?According to the Oxford Dictionary, stakeholder are the individual's who support the businessdue to their personal interest or it can be that they are concerned with it. They are the person whomay affect or get affected by the organization decision/ performance/ achievements. They mayinfluence or influenced by the firm. For illustration, new applicants may have no impact on theorganization and they belong to the company while media who might have no relation withcompany but can impact on the company (Basili, Trendowicz and Rombach, 2014). There aremany categories in the stakeholders, it may include managers and other members oforganization, engineers, end-users, customers, external bodies like NGOs, community,government, competitors and Media and many more. They may have to different aims or goalsand will seek to their own interest without thinking about others. They play specific roles so thatthey can earn more profit or for mutually benefits. Along with this, firm outcomes can besustainable. For example, creating the safety at mining and sustaining of mineral wealth isresponsibility of government. Other than this all the establishment of political and legal activitiesare in their domain. 1- Identify major stakeholders activities for the system of interestSystem-of-interest includes the operational and facilitating system. They collective formthe system of all the elements which are required to complete life-cycle. For identifying thestakeholder geographic sphere is majorly considered.
