RESEARCH ANALYSIS 3IntroductionThe discussion of the research will be based on different emerging technologies especially robots and artificial intelligence and how it will impact the life of the people in future negatively and positively. The truth of the matter is that there are some emerging technologies like industrial robots, as well as the concept of artificial intelligence, are developing and advancing each day at breakneck speed. However, the focus on the overall impact on employment along with public policy is very less (Schwab, 2017). Some authors and researchers have addressed the issue in various studies and articles. It evaluates the case when the robot will end up replacing the human power in the organization and its impact on public policy. Improvement in the emerging technologies can assist in raising the overall speed along with cost and quality of the existing goods and services; there can be a situation where they can displace a huge number of people. This case further challenges the conventional advantages models of tying the retirement saving plan and health care to jobs. In the current economy where already, there is the place for few workers, the organizations will need to give some thought on how to provide advantages to some displaced workers. The robots are already impacting the lives of the people in some ways, and they have been doingthis for so many years now. For the very first time, when anybody sees a device cooking the food or play music and even run vehicles, people casually accept the fact that the machines can, in reality, be trusted to perform different things (Mason et al., 2014). DiscussionIn technical words, robots are automatic tools that are motorized. However, they usually called as clunky humanoid based foils which are bumbling in the media for so many decades now associated with the characters of humor or in another kind of discussions. The movies have shown that mobile robot in a bad light and there were video games as well. The critical question here is to ask that what is taking scientist so long to bring robots into reality and why it can't be

RESEARCH ANALYSIS 4replaced in the organization while people sit at home and rest. In historical terms, the highly advanced form of the industrial mobile based robot was developed in the late 1980s and was further supervised by casual and occasional markers with navigation technology. For example, the invention of laser-based barcodes and by pre-existing characteristics like walls, corners as well as doorways. The expensive labor was replaced by the customized software that was designed carefully and tuned with every possible route based segment (Ouwehand, 2017). The small organization that was developed the robots further discovered many industrial level consumers who were eagerly automating the process of transport, security patrol and another kind of routine works. Sadly, many buyers had also lost their interest since there was a realization that the process of installation and route transforming needs were quite time-to consume as well as expensive at work because of experienced ways of programmers based on inconsistent presence. In technical words, the robot completely dazzled from a commercial point of view. In case of any failure, it was revealed that it becomes essential to the overall success. Firstly, the physical based vehicles for many jobs should be priced reasonably. Luckily, the present AGVs, as well as forklift vehiclesor any other machines on an industrial level, were designed to accommodate human based riders (Shively., 2017). Secondly, the consumers must not have to ask for the specialist so that it can put a robot to function or change the existing routine or clean and cover another kind of mundane work which cannot bear the expense, time as well as the uncertainty of installation from an expert point of view. Thirdly, the robot should also work reliably for some six months right before any encounter with the issue or case need downtime for the sake of reprogramming or other cases (Frennert and Östlund, 2014). Consumers in routine work also reject the robots that in a month of operation wedged them in corners, wander away with lost, rolled workforce with falling from the stairs.
