EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Management introduces as a coordination and organisation of the business activities inorder to accomplish defined objectives and goals. In this report, chosen organisation is HarryRosen Inc. which is Canadian retail chain. Company mainly specialise in dealing in selling ofLuxury men's cloths. It is a privately held company in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was foundedby Harry Rosen in 1945. Company operates menswear stores in Canada. They offers casualwear, including, active wear, denims, pants, casual shirts, shorts and swimwear, polos and teesand sweaters and knits. They also sell outerwear, including jackets, clothes, leather, and parka.Along with this, SWOT, Environmental constraints, stakeholders, organisational structure anddesign, motivating employees etc. must be used by completing this report. S.W.O.T: Strength: Harry Rosen have different strengths such as knowledgeable and skilledemployees, recognised store in Canada, affordable pricing strategy etc. All these are majorstrength of an organisation which will help them by increasing customer base and alsomaximising market share of company (Bohari, Hin and Fuad, 2017). Weaknesses: There are different weaknesses faced by Harry Rosen such as lack ofresource, capital and fund in infrastructure, limited advertising and marketing, rising cost oflabours etc. All these weaknesses are highly impact on business performance and profitability ofHarry Rosen. In order to overcome such type of weaknesses, some recommendation are providedto the company such as they should reduce employee turnover by using different types ofmotivation theory (Niederwieser and et. al., 2016). Another important recommendation forcompany to should invest resources and time into extensive keyword research.Opportunities: There are different number of opportunities for Harry Rosen such as, theycould expand their segment, invest fund in marketing, focus on online presences etc. All theseare best opportunities for success and growth of company nationally as well as internationally.Also. In order to take advantages of above opportunities, company would use training anddevelopment program for their employees, plan better resource of fund etc. Threats: High competition in clothing market, fast changing of fashion, rapid changingbehaviour of customer etc. are major threats for Harry Rosen.
