TITLE: To identify techniques for motivating employees working in restaurants and pubs. Acase study on “The Beehive Restaurant and Pub”. Chapter 2: Literature Review The literature review is refers as the process of conducting an in-depth evaluation whichinvolves a systematic examination of prior published work. In addition, literature review isdefined as an effective or descriptive, analytic summary of the available material that are relatedto a particular investigation topic. This is the most important area of investigation which assistthe over all work in right manner by determining the existing information. Therefore, availableinformation is mainly effective in assisting the overall work in right manner. This part isrecognised as the base of investigation as in this an effective theoretical framework is created toaid the work in significant manner to reaching at the key outcome. In this particular area, dataaccumulation is based on secondary sources i.e. books, journals, newspapers, published researcharticles and past investigation reports. This section is viably based on the aim and objectives ofthe investigation, thus in this an appropriate theoretical frame work is developed by analysingthe views and opinion of authors and writers. The present investigation is based on determiningthe techniques for motivating employees working in restaurants and pubs, thus the study area iswide and in this opinion of the individual authors and writers who are having suitable knowledgematters a lot in providing proper assistance in the suitable execution of the work. The concept of motivating the employees at restaurant and pubs.As per the views expressed by Ashley Donohoe, 2018, Employee motivation is refers asan effective tool for motivating employees, thus it is also defines as an intrinsic and internaldrive which are effective in putting necessary efforts and actions towards the work relatedactions or activities. In addition to this, employee motivation is refers as a level of energycommitment or creativity which an organisational employees brings to their jobs. Employeemotivation is the major concern of management, thus the management of businesses are mainlyfocuses over motivating employees at work place for the purpose of enhancing their moral andcapability to work.
