However, it is necessary to motivate employees by different types of performance appraisals like certificates, bonuses and incentives to gain their loyalty. The present investigation is based on Premier Inn which providesprovides facilities of staying to people with best rooms, kids friendly and other required services. This study will focus influence of employee loyalty on growth of overall business of hospitality sector. Statement of research problem The impact of employee loyalty in order to achieve growth of business in context of hospitality industry. It includes to apply effective methods to motivate staff members towards theirworkandmakethemtrustworthyfororganisationwhichisfavourabletoincrease profitability of business. Research aim The research aim for the current study is “To analyse influence of employee loyalty on the business growth of hospitality sector.” A case study on Premier Inn. Purpose and scope of research The purpose of this investigation is to analyse theinfluence of employee loyalty on the business growth of hospitality sector. It is necessary to understand the importance of employee loyalty in order to gain profits in business in context of hospitality industry. However, it is helpful to determine strategies of maintaining trust of of staff towards management which impacts of their performance positively that is favourable in enhance profitability of organisation (Al-Refaie, 2015). The scope of research is that opportunity related to employee loyalty will become well known to be beneficial among hospitality industry to enhance effectiveness of business. Rationale for selection of topic The significance of this study is to analyse the positive impacts of employee loyalty on growth of business. It will encourage organisations to put efforts for welfare of staff members which facilitate to gain their loyalty that is beneficial for entire business. However, it will encourage whose business concerns who did not prefer to provide bonus, incentives and certificates to employees for providing the same to achieve profits of business (Guchait, Cho and Meurs, 2015). In addition to this, this study is significant for retaining previous employees with better growth opportunities which helps to increase overall productivity of an organisation. Moreover, it will provide support to hospitality industry for attaining mote growth and successful with the help of boosting up profitability. Research specification The present investigation will carrying out in chaptered format which consist several chapterssuchasintroduction,literaturereview,researchmethodology,dataanalysisand conclusion & recommendations. Initially, the introduction chapter consist background, statement of research problem, aim, objectives, questions, purpose & scope of research, rationale and research specification. However, literature review consist explanation of research questions includingconcept of employee loyalty, factors leading business growth and impact of employee loyalty on business performance of Premier Inn. In addition to this, research methodology includesresearchdesign,researchapproach,datacollectionmethods,dataanalysis, questionnaire and sample size. Moreover, last chapter consist conclusion and recommendations of whole research. 2

To increase the faith towards employees the top management can offer competitive and fair compensation to the workers for the better result. The fundamental character of any workers or subordinates is trust for its company (Ružić, 2015). In context to hospitality industry, employees switch the organisation easily because due to dissatisfaction towards work. Organisation and big companies pay scales are higher but due to long hour work can demotivate the employees and can start finding another jobs. Proper trainingsessions should be given to workers for higher result. Some of researchers point of view regarding employee loyalty, it can be measured through performance and active participation of the team members. A; (2011) The performance of the employees can to be done through performance appraisals and the management need to focus on the workers participation and dedication towards the work. If the workers are satisfied will provide higher out and if not will decrease the productivity. So the company main aim or objective should be that how can the organisation or the management team can full the employees demand. Top management committee should focus on certain strategies like time of the working hour should be minimum, labours should be treated rough and tough, maximum wages must be given to the employees (Alonso-Almeida and et. al., 2018). Training and motivation sessions are the major part of encouraging the team members of the organisation. In hospitality sector, that is hospitals, hotels, institutions are capturing the market because industry is growing and marketer need to focus on the customer satisfaction. If the customers are satisfied with quality and service of the company ultimate the growth of the sector will increase. Employees need to me encourage to achieve target which is given by the management teams. Loyalty of the worker plays main role in the company. There two main parts of collection of data that is inductive and deductive tools. These both methods help researcher to work properly with systematic approach. Inductive data collection based on secondary research work like journals, past interpretation of data by different scientist. Deductive research is called to be exploring study. In present study, inductive research has been conducted by investigator in order to attain true outcome for the same. Data collection methods In the research work information is need so for that data is been sourced from different ways but two major source of collection techniques are :- Primary– When data is collected by the person who is doing the research by itself, which is been explored for first time. The researcher works on those topic which is main issue faced by the people or organisation. Secondary- Data is sourced through various journals and books or author experiences. The secondary information is collected by other past research work. The tool and techniques which are used by the researcher are different styles and approaches so the content of the research can be calculated in different way (Silverman, 2016). Organisation need to use primary research for collection of data and information as it provide accurate information for given project. CHAPTER5:CONCLUSION,RECOMMENDATIONSAND ANTICIPATED LIMITATIONS Reflection Considering my entire journey of conducting the whole investigation, I have experience many things about research which can definitely help me in future. I have faced several problems in context of gathering information from secondary resources because specific data was not available so it is required to conduct screening of relevant information. However, by whole experiences is good as it is helpful to boost up my skills & abilities which support me to conducting other researches in future to gain accurate findings. Moreover, I have face difficulties to gain views of respondents but they are not bale to provide proper answers to my questions. Recommendation Considering overall discussion of research, it has been analysed that employee loyalty plays an important role to enhance growth of business in hospitality industry. It has been recommendedthatselectedorganisationinhospitalitysectorthattheyshouldconduct motivational programs for employees in order to enhance factor of loyalty among them (Kumar, 2019). However it will provide support to encourage their dedication which impacts positively on their performance that is helpful for attaining better profits. Meanwhile, it is suggested to provide bonuses and incentives to employees for gaining their satisfaction because satisfied people perform more effectively to gain better productivity of organisation. Moreover, it will help reduce employee turnover and increase profitability of business along with increase productivity of entire organisation with better quality of goods & services. Conclusion From the above report, it has been concluded that employee loyalty can be described as factors of dedication and trustworthiness of staff towards their organisation. It includes that strong employee loyalty to helpful for business to achieve growth success in market. However, staff increase their regular productivity and conduct tasks accurately which improve quality of products which facilitates to boot up goodwill of brand in market. Meanwhile, it involves external factors like competitive firms and internal element like policies of organisations which impacts on growth of the company. In addition to this, satisfied workers are responsible for leading growth and success by the company because by business can survive in market through 18
efforts of employees. It consist training and motivation sessions are required to conductedfor encouraging the team members of the organisation which impacts positively on profits of business. Moreover, it will use qualitative method and inductive approach of research to conduct entire investigation for achieving desired findings. Limitation of study The current study has been completed on the basis of questionnaire in which information is gathered from 30 respondents in order to collect relevant information on the same. The main limitation of the current study relies upon questionnaire as it contain close ended questions which does not even give option to individual reflect their own perspective. In order to overcome this issue, it can be said that investigator can use interview method in future for the making the investigation more informative and reliable. 19
