Deductive approach is used inthis research because this focus on relevant and important aspects. While conducting thisresearch, there is use of qualitative method for conducting research. This research makeseasy to understand and present information in correct and appropriate manner. Informationis collected through primary as well as secondary sources. In order to deal with this issue, researcher makes some strategy such sharing of achievedtask weekly, so this makes other individuals aware about progress rate and in case of anyissue in working style, then they are able to rectify it. There is no physical harm while conducting this research. But when information is collectedfrom candidates, then there are some respondents, who misbehave with respondents.
