Corporate structure of large multinational company
According to Bert Markgraf, 2018, it has been said the organisations which are operating at
international level or more than in one market faced more challenges as compared to those
organisations which are operating in any single market. The organisations are more effective
and efficient which are very small to make their operation overseas subsidiaries. The larger
organisations could make use of decentralised form of organisational structure that could help
them in to carry out some work by the foreign employees in their own country. This makes
important for companies to make their focus on coordinating the activities.
Change occur in corporate structure of TESCO PLC due to globalisation
According to Linda Ray, 2019, it has been made clear that the different environment and
economy of a country makes it important for companies to make changes in their ways of

working and also in the organisation structure, corporate structure and many more aspects.
With the help of these changes, the possibilities of creating opportunities or upcoming of
threats to an organisation also rises. So it is important for organisations to make their focus on
reducing the impact of threats and policies should be framed in the way that could help them
in availing opportunities to the best possible preference. The mentality and leadership attitudes
should not be made by an organisation on the general basis but it is important for them to
make proper evaluation before making any decision in and against the situation. In order to
make the business success and become an effective leader, it is important for them to have
long term vision for the betterment and growth of the organisation.

issues for organisation to manage properly global organisations in the business environment of
different countries and economies. With the advancements in informations and
communications technology, it has been made possible to make new forms of international
coordination within global companies and potential new ways for them to flourish in these fast
growing markets. As such the corporate structure of an organisation is made on the basis of
studying the market conditions, legal aspects an many other considerations to have the best
possible output and profit from the work of their employees. So there is a huge dependency of
corporate structure on the productivity and profitability of Tesco Plc in the business
environment.
Challenges which arise at TESCO PLC while working at international level and its impact on
corporate structure
According to Kattie Reynolds, 2017, there are many challenges which are being faced by
organisations at the time of working at international level such as lack of knowledge of
market, low availability of labours in the market, lack of talented employees, political, social
and environmental issues which are becoming continuously an important aspect of
consideration for all the international business leaders of organisations. However,
globalisation has made it possible to make the growth of businesses overseas but with the
challenges are also increasing at an increasing rate in the business environment such as
instability is government impacting continuously on the policies and rules of organisation as

well, improper market conditions and many more that could prove to be a challenge for Tesco.

There is use of some tools and techniques to make investigation authentic and relevant. There
are different components which has to be considered such as data collection method,
sampling, etc. which are discussed under framework i.e. “Research Onion”. Some techniques
are discussed as under-
Positivism research philosophy is used in this investigation because this gives complete and
specific information through which impact of globalisation on corporate structure can be
analysed. Deductive approach is used in this research because this is specific and relevant for
qualitative methods. This provides information through charts and graphs with proper
understanding about it.
Qualitative research method is used in this study which provides justification behind every
information, so it is clear to reader for understanding it. There is use of charts and graphs

which shows information in more impressive and effective manner. Data is collected through
primary and secondary information with the help of questionnaire and internet sources
respectively. With using both methods, it is easy to understand impact on corporate structure
properly. Descriptive research design is used with the help of which in- depth information can
be presented to provide appropriate information to reader.
Simple probabilistic random sampling is used in this investigation because this gives
complete and specific information about topic without partiality. 10 managers are selected for
collecting primary information because they have knowledge about influence of globalisation
on corporate structure of association.
Data analysis- This is the way in which information is collected and gathered in systematic
manner to communicate with reader. Thematic analysis is used for data analysis under which
questions are organised in systematic manner.
