However, due to the staffturnover in hospitals adversely impact the patients' health and their satisfaction as well which inturn destroys the image of the hospital. Further, high employee turnover leads to low moralewithin hospital this is due the fact that overworked personnels commonly are given multipliedobligations and workloads following the lack of a key determine in a skilled or energetic body ofworkers. However, New team of workers contributors aren't that much skilled thus they sufferfrom reduced morale as they fight to study new task techniques and responsibilities. If any suchwork surroundings keeps, it could cause the health facility’s experiencing extreme challenges inattracting and preserving excellent expertise staff. In flip, this negatively impacts the hospitalroutine operations. Further, the research report will outline the impact of staff turnover on theoperation of bury NHS hospital that provide mental health care services to disable person,provide training to abnormal patients and other services to the society of Manchester.
