Introduction
The report will provide analysis and summary of the different articles based on the
sustainability and wellbeing approaches within Africa. The annotated bibliography will
provided critical evaluation of the articles that will help to increase the understanding of the
relationship between sustainability and globalization.

The authors have provided information related to the impact of economic growth and
globalization within Africa. The globalization is essential for any country but lack of
sustainable development can affect the environmental and economic conditions. The article
has provided information related to efforts and operational activities that taking place within
Africa for further improvement in the infrastructure and employment level within the
different countries of Africa. However, the authors have stated that economic growth and
environmental quality has positive relation but the lack of sustainability approaches in
globalization is affecting the environmental quality. The article has provided knowledge for
the use of cleaner and advanced technologies for managing the wellbeing in terms of
education, environmental betterment and increasing the level of income of people.
The study is useful for understanding the impact of globalization and wellbeing
operations that started and managed by the state and national governments of Africa to
maintain economic growth. These initiatives in the field of infrastructure, transportation,
industrial development and services operations are having a positive impact on the income of
people but affecting the environmental conditions. The article has concluded that lack of
education and green infrastructure is having a negative impact on the sustainability of Africa
as the cost of investment is increasing and ecological crisis are affecting the wellbeing
operations for the betterment of society. Now, this study will help to understand the role of

sustainability in the globalization considering the focus on the needs of communities and
adverse impact on the environmental conditions.

role in managing globalization and environmental operations. The current study of Africa's
dual development in terms of economy and wellbeing the implementation of sustainable
operations is essential to maintain the socio-political regime.
The article is useful for gaining knowledge for sustainability transition that includes a
dual commitment to human wellbeing. The study has focused on economic and
environmental perspectives that influencing the approach of globalization as well as the
determination of sustainable goals. The authors have critically analyzed the rapid emergence
of the renewable energy sector in Africa that having a direct impact on the growth and
operations related to the global functions. The high consumption of energy sources is creating
a gap between economic development and environmental quality which needs to be managed
as per the standards of green development through a sustainable approach.
