This research methodology discusses the approach, data collection methods, survey design, sampling design, and data analysis methods used in a study on the impact of spiritual factors on work engagement and well-being in ministers. The study utilises a positivist research philosophy and a deductive research approach, with primary data collection methods through survey questionnaires. The survey is designed to gather quantitative data and uses factor analysis and regression path analysis to investigate variable relationships. Convenience and snowball sampling techniques are used, and data analysis is conducted using SPSS tools and techniques, correlation and regression analysis, and statistical hypothesis testing methods.
