INTRODUCTION The report is going to work on the concept of research its methodology and tools and technique. A researcher needs to be very authentic and reliable while driving research problems as all the solutions are based on the same. Therefore conducting research is a broad concept which synthesizes and accumulates all the necessary data in a structural form. This report will present reflection on the research topic in the whole project (van Smeden, Lash,. and Groenwold, 2020). It will elaborate how the whole project to an end and what skills developed in own self. Gibbs reflective cycle is utilized in this report which is necessary to give effective reflection on personal performance and skills. MAIN BODY TASK Reflection Gibbs reflective cycle Reflection is all about checking on all the skills and performance in a particular filed. There are many things happens during working at particular area which needs to be analyses for giving making the experience more better. Therefore, this cycle impact on the overall growth and development of own self in enhancing own skills. Description:This stage is a detailed classification of the experience which happens on particular field, event or people. It provides a whole justification about what happened and what were its keys elements to analyse the situation thoroughly. In my own experience of conducting research about quantitative data analysis of the topic of rise in inflation in economy was an immense experience for me. I was not aware about such broad topic which I am not even aware aboutit.Iwasgiventhisindividualtopicwiththepurposeofenhancingbywriting, communication and research skills (Van Seggelen–Damen, and Westerveld, 2020). Therefore, I assured that there is requirement of the particular area and topic to research upon it. For that instance, I came through this amazing topic which will boost my knowledge and information about the losses which our economy suffers. I was given this task to complete it in within 15

days which require primary source of data that can be gather through visiting to businesses and people through questionnaire. Feeling:This stage showcase the feelings and emotions came across while doing the work. An individual may feel different at every situation which gives them motivation out of feat to work in a respectful manner. Similarly, in my research project I was assigned with a task of research project which has made me nervous and conscious about what to do and what not. i felt difficult at the time of gathering qualitative data which has lose all my patience. People were not ready to give answers to the questions that have taken my enough time to come to a solution. Therefore, I felt tired and failed at first to gather reliable data(Schratz, 2020). Due to which I know hope to complete my project within time but then I get inspired by my other co worker who were also indulged in research projects so I can get some help from them. I learn to communicate with the people in order to attract them towards my questionnaire. Also I become able to handle Complex problems by being calm and joyful at the same time in order to accomplish my objectives Evaluation:Evaluation is a necessary step in which all the outcomes must be by analyzing what has went well and what must be there which can fulfill the objective more appropriately. It has evaluated from my experience that I need to put concentrate on research skills so that I would not get fail in the first attempt and not waste much time in submitting the project. This would impact on my performance and skills which will not be effective for my career growth. Therefore , my experience went quite well as I get assistant from my teachers and co-workers which had improved my communication skill so far. The thing which should be getting better is to get knowledge about numeracy and data interpretation in order to work upon quantitative analysis. Analysis:It has analyses that I can work better on research project if I get proper assistance and knowledge of about research concepts and theories. I analyzed about being careless on time management and problem solving skills which I would develop surely in future (Morley, and Leggatt-Cook, 2021). Also I need to be careful about learning numerous skills which contains facts and figures that must be realistic and credible. Conclusion:I have confused that I will develop some of the main skills that are communication time management, problem solving and numeracy. whether I have some of these
skills already presented in me but I will keep working on it to make it more better in future. In order to conduct a research these skills must be perfect to sure effective results. Action plan:I will take necessary actions in order to improve my skills in research area. I will give time to learn numeracy skills by practicing on graphs, excel and spreadsheet(Savicki, and Price, 2021). I will give time to read good books and journals to collect information about the surroundings and improve my general knowledge. CONCLUSION From the above analysis and evaluation it has concluded that research projects are most valuable aspect to learn some important skills for present and future person and professional development. It helps in learning communication research problem solving and numeric skills which are required at every workplace. This skill can be learnt through preparing good research projects and fulfil its objective by preparing good research projects. It gives opportunity to present on self in front of other and learn technical knowledge.
