INTRODUCTION
The current project is based on critical analysis of possible ethical issues that are
encountered and faced while conducting an investigation and research. This project includes a
discussion about the aim and objectives and applied research method. Further, an analysis of
ethical considerations along with respecting autonomy, privacy and dignity of individuals and
community is also made along with scientific integrity and social responsibility.
Aim
The aim is to build good relationship with customers to satisfy them.
Objectives
To explain importance of customer relationship marketing.
To identify ways of customer relationship marketing.
To analyse influence of customer relationship marketing on customer satisfaction.
To identify strategies to improve customer satisfaction in food retail industry.
Methodology
The research methodology that has been used in current study is based on mixed research
approach which comprises of utilisation of both qualitative and quantitative method. Use of
qualitative method ensures collection of in-depth information to have better understanding about
behaviour and attitude of participants (Oppong, Osafo and Ofori-Atta, 2021). On the other hand,
quantitative research method has supported objective nature of investigation through collection
of data in numeric terms. Beside this, implication of descriptive research design is made which
supports a more detailed and effective explanation and analysis of set research objectives.
Further, use of interview and questionnaire would have been made for collection of data. A
group of 80 members has been also selected from an area with the help of random sampling
method for the collection of primary data.
Ethical considerations
While undertaking an investigation and research project that is based on primary data
collection many ethical issues are faced by a researcher which comprises of effective study
design and ethical approval along with valid and reliable data analysis. Apart from this, it has
been also analysed that authorship, conflicts of interest and redundant publication and issue of
