1. Introduction
There is an increase in number of accidents on road that are rising the rate of road
accident. This would help to increase the human death rate that are cause due to accidents. There
is an increase in the use of sensors and other devices of information technology that are being
used by the humans in handling a car systems. These systems are to be handled properly to avoid
accidents on road (Rahman, Cahyani and Choo 2017). This research deals with different cloud
computing devices that are to be used in mitigating the car accidents on roads.

2. Aim
The aim of this research is to implement car accidents handling system with the help of
cloud computing. The system will send electronic notification to the concerned team so that they
get to know about the car accidents and help them accordingly. Cloud computing plays a
significant role to alert the rescue team about the accidents that has taken place and required
team is sent to the spot to rescue.
2. Background, Motivation and Relevance
2.1 Background
The solution of cloud computing are very critical for life systems and that would help to
increase facilities that are included in the car systems. Development of cloud computing devices
would help the make the life of persons easier and those devices will increase the efficiency of
using the information technology in the daily life of humans. Involvement of cloud computing
has help the car producers to minimize the complexity of the cars and helped to enhance the
security of the persons travelling in the car (Rahman, Kessler and Choo 2017). This research
intends to develop a car accident handling system that is connected with cloud computing and
this application would help to reduce the death rate of person because of car accidents.
2.2 Literature Review
With the increase number of vehicles, there is increase number of road accidents that
takes place each year. Safety of the human lives have been decreased due to increased number of
population (Singhal and Tomar 2016). Most of the accidents on roads takes place due to over
speeding. Proper solution is needed to safe human lives from car accidents.
