Exploring the Significance of Technological System for Hotel Operations

This research project focuses on exploring the significance of technological systems for hotel operations, specifically Marriott Hotel. It aims to understand the importance and impact of technology on the hotel industry, evaluate the benefits of implementing technology, and recommend successful implementation strategies. The research will provide insights into the use of technology in delivering high-quality services and making a strong position in the market.

 The present era is time of technology is fast increasing in every
sphere of the system there are all new kinds of invention.
 So the work sector and hospitality business is also flourishing
very fast with attractive all the excogitation in the thinking.
 It is the fastest increasing industry in the system present which
is also fit to give the best service quality to all its customers.
 The present research report is based on Marriott Hotel which a
luxury and is managed by JW Marriott Hotel under the brand of
Marriott International hotel.

 Giving the good quality of service to the customer will also be increment
in the profit and costing of the company will decrease. Service quality
also include the way in which staff interact with the customer.
 It is therefore on considering the type and nature of work that takes place
in hospitality firms, advanced technologies play a greater role in
assisting them to generate more amount of profit.
 Also, it is a guaranteed tool to attract a large set of consumers with a
leading contribution of social media marketing to fetch the interest of
new customers.
