both the reading and writing scientific research. As a researcher it is very important to
understand the target audience that are going to be the one towards which the research has been
dedicated. For reaching these target audiences the research studies have been categorized in two
section qualitative and quantitative (Cypress, 2018). A researcher is the one that is conducting a
research on an organized and systematic investigation into something. It has been often described
as the researcher that is able to gather the information about the synthesized materials.
Researchers use problem solving and research methods are different ways development of
evidence through desperation from sources of literature. As a researcher finding the solution for
the problems that have the alternatives for postposing the multiple alternative that can develop
the significance of changes that can enhance the value of ideal solutions (Strijker, Bosworth and
Bouter, 2020). A researcher has to focus on other factors such as the time, money, funding,
opportunity and personal characteristics are also cultural aspects that influences the outcomes of
the research methods. The philosophy of the researcher is the factor that portrays the actions of
the research that are taken. The culture of society also influences in the choice of the research
methods for the researcher and it influences factors that are taken under consideration before a

the research to be able to produce the high quality of work that is going to be the highlight of the

team work that is very important aspect of the team (Daneshjou and et.al., 2022). Efficiency is
considered to be very important for the individuals to be able to brainstorm their expertise that is
required for the evolution of the project that solves the problems regarding the teamwork.
DATA PROTECTION & ETHICS
Data protection in the 21st century has been an ethical issue due to the involvement of the
rights regarding privacy of the user’s information. It is said to be a legal requirement that is
needed for the respected for sharing the data of the individuals (Sold and Junk, 2021). For a
researcher it is important to taken the consent of the people that are informed. Selection of the
appropriate anonymization of the strategies. Selection of the appropriate anonymization
strategies is also very important for the securing the data privacy of the users. as a researcher
there are some personal information. It is required for the data to transfer the information that is
essential for the identification of the individual perspective. handling of the personal and
sensitive information is a part of the research that allows in making sure that it is protected
(Gefenas and et.al., 2022). Protection of the personal information is required for the collection of
the personal data that allows in carrying out the research that is essential for the collection of the
data that is anonymous. Ethics can be maintained by the research through the information about
the participation about their rights for the introduction of the relevant aspects of the research that
is understandable, transparent and precise in a way that it allows the data to be protected with
care and development (FABIANO and Fabiano, 2019). Collection of the consent forms is
considered to be the information that is required for the providing the researcher the inclusive
factors that can contribute to the success and also remove the files and share with others the
researchers and their results that are made public. Ethics can be kept through protection of the
personal information of the researcher in the organization and also being able to gather the
required data for the research and make sure that consent has been provided for the same.
QUESTIONNAIRE DESIGN
For a researcher questionnaire is the list of questions that are required for the gathering
from the respondents about their attitudes, experiences or opinions (Valdez and et.al., 2021). It is
considered to be essential for the collection of the quantitative and qualitative information that is
required for the use of the market research and also the research as well as the social and health
sciences. Questionnaire is meant for the collection of analysed data that is the group of people
that is considered to be a specific tool which helps in the collection of the data and information

required for the research (Mes and et.al., 2019). For designing a questionnaire one component is
very important that is the survey research that involves the definition of the population. There are
various methods of questionnaire that are said to be delivered online in the paper and pen format

large groups. It is considered to be very effective for the anonymous and suitable for the
sensitive topics. The researcher administered questionnaires are also the ones that are taken in
interviews that all the research is able to administered questionnaire and interviews that take

and Yu, 2022). Questionnaires are both open ended and closed ended and sometime a
combination of both. Utilization of closed ended questions is for the development of a limited
response that allows the set of choices to select the form of data that is required. Certain pros and

the answer quickly. Open ended questions are long responses from the respondents in details for
