 According to the view of Mira, Choong and Thim, (2019) human resource management
a vital and important role within an organization that can directly help in enhancement
of overall performance of employees.
 There are many different kinds of HRM practices and methods that can be focused
upon and adopted by organizations for enhancing overall performance of employees in
an appropriate manner.
 First and the foremost important type of HRM practice that directly influence employee
performance is training and development. Provision of effective training and
development to employees can directly help in enhancement of their existing skills and
knowledge that can further help organizations in enhancing overall performance of
employees.
 This is because training and development provision directly help employees in gaining
understanding of their job roles and responsibilities in an appropriate and accurate
manner.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research type
 Research type selected fir this research project of business is qualitative research type. In this
type of research only textual or non- numerical data or information is collected. Qualitative
research type is an appropriate type of research that can be sued by the researcher because it
can directly help in providing detailed insight of impact of HRM practices upon employee
performance.
Research Philosophy
 Research philosophy that has been selected for this research is interpretivism research
philosophy. It is an appropriate research philosophy that can be adopted for this business
research project because this philosophy can directly help in interpreting all the main elements
of the research in order to integrate and enhance human interest into the research study
(Sekaran and Bougie, 2019). It is mostly used in qualitative research studies for interpreting all
the main elements for achievement of main research objectives of the research.

researcher. It is an appropriate research approach for this business research project. It is
an appropriate approach that can be adopted as it can directly help in proposing
appropriate observations and theories at the end of the research that can directly help in

 For this research, exploratory research design method has been selected by the
researcher. Selection of this design method is appropriate because it can directly help in
exploring research question so that overall solution or conclusion to existing problem

 For this research, secondary data has been focused upon to be collected by the
researcher. Collection of secondary data can be done through different methods such as
books, journal, articles, online portals, organizational websites etc.
 Data Analysis
 For analysis of secondary data collected, thematic data analysis method has been
selected by the researcher. It is an appropriate method to be selected for analysis of
secondary data (Yeomans, 2017). This method will directly help in segregating
collected data into common themes so that main research questions can be answered in
an appropriate manner.

CONCLUSION
 From the recent research analysed within business targets, it has been concluded that
HRM strategies adopted by companies further plays stronger role for determining
longer employee commitment diversely. Also companies are adopting to new
innovations diversely in HRM Strategies for determining new extensive working
pathways strategically, which further enhances new abilities diversely.
