Reflection This section of research is based on developing a critically reflective account over the potential outcome of the research and the major significance of the possible contribution of the study. Therefore, this is a wide area of research and this is effective in providing detailed analysis over the area of assessing the leadership styles of non-profit business and how it affects the overall operations of a business. However, a reflection is effective in evaluating an individual's own perception in regards to a specified area of study. As I am glad to get a chance to execute a study over a wide area of academic research which is incorporates over the area ofassessing the leadership styles of non-profit businesses and how it affects the overall business operations. Therefore, the scope of study is so wide as it is effective in exploring an individual's skills and ability in regards to the area of leadership styles and how these are significant in non-profit business. From the analysis of the project, I personally feel like this is a broad area of research is effective for me in developing my recognition in relation to the area of leadership and its significant styles that are appropriate for the success of business. The detailed analysis of the project states that, Leadership styles are recognised to be the most imperative aspects that are significant for the progression of the business via providing suitable direction and assessment. In addition to this, leadership is mainly defined as the art of motivating individual or a group of people to act towards a common objectives. Therefore, in a business setting, this can mean assisting the employees and colleagues with an effective strategy to attaining business needs. Leadership is also determined as an essential aspect which is effective in causing a direct influence on the interrelationship among business and its growth, therefore, In the term of non-profit business, leadership is significant as it plays vital role in assisting the overall work in right manner to attaining business objectives. However, non-profit business mainly performs conventional functions as a creator of social change. From the evaluation of the project I have been seen that, Leadership is significant in non-profit business, as this sort of organisations are mainly work for increasing social welfare and provide effective health care facilities to the people who are needy. Oxfam, is a large non- 1
profit organisation which is mainly concern over providing effective health care benefits to the people at all around the globe for the intention of improvising the living of people. From the in- depth execution of the study I have been seen that, non-profit organisations are based on effective leadership styles as the non-profit businesses are works for achieving a common goal, sotheimplementationofeffectiveleadershipstyleissignificantinachievingcollective objectives. However, a leader is a person who is having the ability to motivate other for a particular work and also encourages to implementing their significant efforts for the success of the business. In addition to this, I have also been evaluated that, leadership is a crucial aspect which is being implemented to provide a clear vision in relation to specified area to attain growth andsuccess.Non-profitleadersaresignificantlyeffectiveinperformingasignificant contribution in the development of business, as they mainly inspire, motivate and encourage others who are significant tocreate organisation, performing as the key element which are significant in bringing change. However, non-profit businesses are mainly work for developing the well being and contributing their significant efforts in developing the living of a country, state or region, thus they non-profit organisation are mainly works for achieving a common goal for which they are based on the direction of a leader who are very much influential and also providesacleardirectiontoattainbusinessobjectives.Inthecognitionofnon-profit organisation, leadership styles has various importance that are effective for a business to growth, thus it mainly effective in establishing coordination and collaboration among organisational employees as the operations of non-profit business is only based on social welfare as individual are not working for any kind of financial benefit. In addition to this hire non paid employees is also a major significance as leaders are concern over adding people with higher ability to contributing physically and financially for the sack of providing effective facilities to the needy people, this is also valuable for the development of a country. Systematic execution of business operations are also a major benefit of leadership, thus leaders and concern over providing direction to the people to execute their steps in right direction and fulfil the targeted objectives of the business. Increasing education is also another importance of leadership, as suitable leaders are also effective in developing the capability of others via providing them required education as education is mandatory in today's modern era, as they encourage people to get educate and contribute their efforts in improvising the living of a country. The major contribution of this study is that it is effective for the people who are seeking for their career growth in the same filed as people will got to know a lot about the suitable styles of leadership and how these are significant for the progression of business. This study has its major contribution in the manner of providing wider recognition in relation to the area of leadership. This study is effective for the non-profit organisations in the manner of implementing suitable leadership styles that are effective for maintaining the better execution of the operations.
