This research proposal aims to analyze the impact of social media marketing strategies in the small and large industry of UK. The chosen company for the case study is Southern Business Technologies Ltd. The research objective is to understand the concept of social media for business growth, evaluate the impact of social media marketing on sales and productivity, and determine the challenges faced by companies in implementing social media strategies. The research methodology includes a deductive approach, quantitative research design, survey and questionnaire methods, and data analysis through primary and secondary sources. The findings of this research will provide insights into the effectiveness of social media marketing strategies in the UK market.
