This is themain reason that researcher of the report is emphasizing upon the fact that tourism should need tobe increased in order to create new chances for the individuals living in this society. It has been found that international tourism is mainly affected with the global economic andsocial crisis. However, it need to be projected in order to enhance the grow ratio a lotsignificantly over the coming years. The United Nations World Tourism Organization hasprojected that tourism sector will provide about 296 million job vacancies by 2019. The government should need to play an integral role in order to create development in thetourism industry. Furthermore, the destination for tourists requires a great range of services thatneed to have many individuals to cater the demands of the customers. In addition to this, it canbe stated that officials of government can develop a pool of vacancies in the hotel management.
2There are many other ways that are related with the tourism industry jobs and it need to beanalyzed in the most effective way.According to the view of Holden (2016) with the growing importance of technology awith thedemands of the customers with the environmental concern things are becoming more significant.It is to create more effective and productive relationship between the customer and the employee.However, the competitiveness and productivity in tourism is entirely dependent on skill levels,assurance, passion along with the soft skills of their workers. Participants should need tomotivate the workers in the tourism industry. But, due to the shortage of the qualified employeesthe tourists are not very much satisfied with the services. Hence, it is highly significant for therelevant authorities to understand where the quality is decreasing and how it pulls it off. It is denoted that researcher want to develop the career in hotel management and this professionis linked with the tourism industry. On the other side, it has been observed that hotelmanagement is not very well organized field (Smith, 2014). Also, from the past researches it isfound that many of the tourists did not find the services appropriate for their welcome whichdemotivates them to make a tour on any of the new place. However, if the officials focus onthose service breakdowns a great pool of vacancies can be created. In future, there is a very highscope in the tourism industry which can help the residents of the society to gain requiredvacancies. There are many opportunities that are involved in the hospitality sector. It is found that due to theexceptional economic growth in the hospitality sector that exceeds the rate of career evolution inthe most effective and efficient manner (Mason, 2015). It has been observed that due to the quickrate of career excellency there are many promotions observed. Additionally, in order to lookupon the employment options that job careers can be created that are directly or indirectly relatedwith tourism industry.
