INTRODUCTIONConducting research on a particular aspect helps in determining the various challenges faced bythe company. It is necessary that a company should indulge in a research which could help it indetermining its progress and could help it in determining all the aspects of the market(Castellanos, et. al., 2017). Time is changing and so the requirements of the people available inthe market are changing. In this situation, it has become important to evaluate the changingmarket so that company could develop the strategy so as to manage its work process and couldsustain in the market. Hence, a research is being conducted by the researcher so as to gather theinformation related to the problems faced by Cadbury and to evaluate the reason behind thedownfall of its sale. With the help of secondary sources of information, a research will beconducted which will help in determining all the aspects of the company (Parmenter, 2014).
