came to lead a one-day workshop based on his book. PMI- Montreal sponsored this
program. This will redeem himself 60M US$ an amount but also help him to design a
system and to understand true leadership system. The leadership model of Charles
based on two continuums axes and four types of leaders, which includes team
collaboration of green, blue, yellow, and orange for the designed program.
