Introduction
This research proposal states the problem that people who serve administrative and
operational role in criminal justice, exercise more, equivalent, or less social justice rights than
the general population they serve. In the following parts, the recommendations and
conclusion on the basis of secondary research are also provided. It is very significant to
discuss this above-mentioned topic in this research paper to address at the same time the
requirements of the significant groups who come in the contact with this. They involve young
people, Indigenous people, females, the deprived, sick, and aging criminals, victims, and the
unlawfully sentenced. Every group states the system with specific difficulties; together, they
show the important challenges. The main institutions of the criminal justice system are
the police officers, defence advocates, the court, and jails. Furthermore, for the most, every
agency in criminal justice system handles the main issues and initiatives distinctly. This
research study is focused on social justice (Wronka, 2016).
Literature review
The principles of equity, equality, and requirement are most relevant in the framework
of distributive justice, however may have significant roles in the various problems of social
justice. The principles of equity, equality, and requirement appeal to the idea of recompense,
the notion that reasonable treatment is the matter of providing people what they rationalize.
The social justice gives the obligations and rights in the institution of societies that makes
able persons people to take the fundamental advantages and burden of collaboration.
Moreover, the social justice is the concept of fair relationship between the societies and
people. It is evaluated by the open and implied term for the distribution of
wealth, opportunity for own activities, and social rights. The relevant institutions repeatedly
involve the public health, common services, tax, social insurance, public school, labour
