REFLECTION I have learnt about the concept of talent management strategies that directly impact on the business productivity and profitability in marketplace. Through research study, I have enabled to realise that strategy valuable in organization because it supports activity for ensuring business to have identified right candidates. In this way, I have a build my own knowledge and gain information about the strategies. I have seen that many organizations adopt new strategies in business growth and development where they are providing the better services to their potential customers. I have established the relationship with talent management strategies and view on talent for further analysed. However, I have used the qualitative method for data collection because it always helps for me to identify accurate information through different techniques. As per experience, I have found that organization with managerial talent source to increase competitive advantage which will impact on the business performance. In above discussion, I also enhanced knowledge to improve deeper understanding towards research topic or subject. 14
