Introduction At workplace, discrimination is related to the prejudices and it occurs when a worker is to be treated in an unfavourable manner duetorace,pregnancy,religion,genderetc.Itdevelopsthe negative impact on employee’s performance and also reduces the organisational productivity. In the age discrimination, company does not treat the older workers as equal to the new workers. Old employees have the more experience as comparison to newer employees but the new employees have more technological knowledge.
