Main aim of present study is “To analyse the role of training and development
in enhancing employee’s performance: a case study on Morrison”.
On the basis of given aim, following objectives are formulated for the current
study:
To explore the meaning of training and development.
To examine the types of training and development methods which are used
for retail firms.
To assess the relationship which exist between training and development
programs of firm and employee’s performance.
To recommend the ways of enhancing performance of employees in
Morrison by making use of different training methods.
