Background
In the rapidly changing environment, amount of competition is increasing very significantly.
This had created varieties of the issues for the employer to manage the same level of efficiency
in the organization. For the same reason all the organization generally used to adopt the different
technology, so that performance of employee can be improved. Copthorne Tara Hotel London
Kensington is also facing the same issue in current scenario. This study will throw some light on

secondary are two type of data collection tool which is most commonly used in the field of
research. Primary data in the research will be collected with the help of the survey which is
conducted on the basis of the Questionnaire. At he same time secondary data will be collected
with the help of going through variety of different articles and journal related to the topic of the
study.
Data analysis: Data analysis is the process of understanding the data and presenting the
same in a way that it used to present the meaning full result out of the same. In regards to the
current study researcher has decided to go with the thematic data analysis technique. Under this
technique researcher will be making variety of theme and present the data with the help of graphs
and tables.
Sampling: Sampling is the process of selecting the sample size in the project on the basis
of which outcome of the survey will be carried out. Probabilistic and non-probabilistic are two
type of sampling. In regards to the current study of simple random sampling will be used under
probabilistic sampling. By using Probabilistic Sampling Method 50 participant will be selected
as a sample size for the study.
Ethical Consideration: In the process of achieving the objective of the research
researcher had made it sure that all the activity which are performed is ethically correct.
Researcher will take the consent of all the participant before collecting information from them.
Also, researcher will make sure that good level of confidentiality is maintain throughout the
process of carrying out study.
