INTRODUCTION
Background
In the rapidly changing environment, amount of competition is increasing very significantly.
This had created varieties of the issues for the employer to manage the same level of efficiency
in the organization. For the same reason all the organization generally used to adopt the different
technology, so that performance of employee can be improved. Copthorne Tara Hotel London
Kensington is also facing the same issue in current scenario. This study will throw some light on
same issue and will try to find out the solution for the client.

There are two main reason which had driven the researcher to select current topic of the
research. First reason is that it is one of the trending issue in the current scenario. Another
reason is personal interest of researcher toward the topic of the research.
Scope
This study will help the Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington in improving the
level of decision making in the organization. As outcome of research can be proved as a good

organization to have good sort of technological resources in the organization. Author explain that
technology development or up-gradation generally refers to the activity which is performed in
the organization to make sure that good and effective technology is available in the organization
to carry out different operation of business. Author also explained that technology development
in the organization used to demand good sort of investment to be made by the organization. This
ultimately used to enhance the cost of the company. At the same time it also ask the employee in
making variety of the decision in a way that it help in adopting the technological change in the
better way. Technological Change not only impact the performance of the employee in the
organization, it also used to impact the overall performance of the business as organization
generally used to bring the variety of the changes in policy of organization. To manage the
impact of technology in the better way.
Theme 2: Importance of technology development in regard to enhancing organisational
performance

explain that at the time of technology development and up-gradation all the organization

with the option of Qualitative research type. Reason highlighted by the same is that it will get to
difficult to present the outcome in the numerical form.

regards of way through which research can be carried out. Two commonly preferred research
approach are inductive and deductive research approach. In regards to the current study
researcher is very much drive to select inductive research approach. Reason passed on by the

researcher is that inductive research approach generally provide good hand of support to the type
of the research selected by the researcher.
Research philosophy: Research philosophy generally relates to variety of different belief
which is conceived by the researcher. In the field of research there are two common type of
philosophy which is used by the researcher namely positivism and interpritivism research
philosophy. In regards to the current study researcher has selected the interpretivism research
type because this research philosophy will help the researcher in getting information about the
human interest involved in the study.
Data Collection: Data collection is a process which looks at collecting information from
variety of different sources and use the same to find out the outcome of the research. Primary and
secondary are two type of data collection tool which is most commonly used in the field of
research. Primary data in the research will be collected with the help of the survey which is
conducted on the basis of the Questionnaire. At he same time secondary data will be collected
with the help of going through variety of different articles and journal related to the topic of the
study.
Data analysis: Data analysis is the process of understanding the data and presenting the
same in a way that it used to present the meaning full result out of the same. In regards to the
current study researcher has decided to go with the thematic data analysis technique. Under this
technique researcher will be making variety of theme and present the data with the help of graphs
and tables.
Sampling: Sampling is the process of selecting the sample size in the project on the basis
of which outcome of the survey will be carried out. Probabilistic and non-probabilistic are two
type of sampling. In regards to the current study of simple random sampling will be used under
probabilistic sampling. By using Probabilistic Sampling Method 50 participant will be selected
as a sample size for the study.
Ethical Consideration: In the process of achieving the objective of the research
researcher had made it sure that all the activity which are performed is ethically correct.
Researcher will take the consent of all the participant before collecting information from them.
Also, researcher will make sure that good level of confidentiality is maintain throughout the
process of carrying out study.
